Over the past 2 years the environment in which we live and work has changed significantly. The pandemic has accelerated customers and employees transition to digital channels. Environmental risks and balanced social development have brought Sustainability and Diversity initiatives to Enterprises’ top priorities. Economic headwinds driven by inflation and military conflicts are now accelerating the drive to Cost optimization and Agile response to changing business environments.

 

The cloud (private, public, and Hybrid Multicloud) is a key enabler of many of these changes, so is the ability to upskill, hire and retain the talent needed in the future (Cloud, Automation, Agile/DevOps) and the need to secure this environment (see WWT cybersecurity presentation).
