Insurers have for many years invested in RPA and data analytics to help automate processes and get better at predicting and managing risks, especially within internal operations, but emerging tech like digital twins, 3D & 4D printing and AI/ML will enable carriers to fundamentally rethink products and services by building better digital capabilities harnessing the power of technology. More specifically, AI/ML have the potential to transform claims experience, pricing & underwriting, risk management and actuarial modelling.
