The way we work has changed. Many of us now work from remote locations or in a hybrid setting which brings new challenges in how we collaborate. Many of us are also now involved in more project-based work rather than a series of tasks associated with a job title. Are we all now accidental project managers? Post pandemic we now have a once in a generation opportunity to reshape how we work, how we collaborate and how we use automation to allow us to scale our work and effectiveness to new heights.
