Claudia is Executive Director Global Sustainability Services at Lenovo. She leads the strategy, portfolio and business development of services and solutions supporting circular economy, climate action and corporate responsibility. Prior to her current role, Claudia held various leadership positions in Global Supply Chain and Service Delivery at Lenovo, where she had oversight of asset lifecycle services ranging from product repairs, usage optimization and end of life management. Claudia has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and is a fervent sustainability advocate. She believes in the power of purpose as a way to drive meaningful action and continues to spearhead the transformation of Lenovo’s portfolio of offerings aligned to Lenovo’s zero-carbon ambition. The California Bay Area native holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from ITESO Jesuit University of Guadalajara; certifications in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from Cambridge University; Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School; and International Business from University of California at Berkeley. Claudia lives in Cary, North Carolina where she and her husband enjoy the thrilling challenge of keeping up with their three very active young children.
