David graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor’s of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. Started work as a software engineer in Singapore Technologies in 1999 working on defence projects. Joined NCS in 2004 to work on the maintenance of the Air Traffic Control (ATC) System – LORADS 2. Joined CAAS in 2010 to work on the delivery and maintenance of the next version of the ATC System – LORADS 3.
