
David Siah

David Siah is an avid cyber security board advisor and is actively involved in promoting cyber-security activities in the APAC region. He is currently the Vice President, Channels (APAC, Middle East and Africa) for Trend Micro, responsible for the Reseller, Distributor, GSI and Telco business operations and technical enablement across 37 countries. Prior to this role, he was the Country Manager for Trend Micro’s Singapore and Indonesian offices and set up the regional TrendLabs incidence response center in Singapore in 2013 and concurrently served as its Director till 2016. On a voluntary basis, David was previously the Vice-Chairman of the APAC Executive Council of a global Cloud Security certification body headquartered in US from 2014-2019 and is currently the regional executive in charge of the Centre for Strategic Cyberspace & International Studies’ (CSCIS) APAC chapters. He also volunteers in the executive committees of AISP and SGTECH and serves as on the advisory boards of Kaplan Education and DODID Data Center. David was listed as one of APAC’s top 50 Cybersecurity Influencers. He is CCISO and CCSK (version4) certified and was also part of the working group that drafted the Cloud Outage and Incidence Response Technical Reference.
