Jim is an accomplished leader with over 25 years experience in the Banking and Finance section. He is the current Managing Director within Standard Chartered Bank's Information Cyber Security (ICS) Risk division, as the Global Head of ICS Assurance and Testing. Jim's experience spans beyond ICS risk, he also has an accomplished audit background with experience spanning in UK and Singapore. He is well versed in understanding all three lines within the Banking industry. He is a passionate individual to ensure the business is resilient in all type of economic climate. He is also a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and is part of the driving force within the Bank for change. He sits on the Diversity and Inclusion council and been a vocal supporter to challenge traditional mindsets, in order to create space of the next generation of thinking. He a strong believer in having a diverse leadership and work environment is key to successful, resilient business growth.
