Jonathan has worked in customer facing roles in various software companies specialising in network and application performance management (APM), search engine technology, machine learning and infrastructure monitoring. Having seen how organisations struggle with fixing and remediating issues in operations, Jonathan recognises that proper processes and technologies during development can make significant impact to the cost and effort that organisations require to fix the issues later on.
