As Global Head of Security Advisory, he advises clients on go-to-market strategies, technology assessment, and regulatory/policy review to achieve their business objectives. He has led large-scale consulting and technology research projects in Security, ICT, Government, and Critical Infrastructure. Previously, Richard was Head of ICT for Asia/Pacific at Frost & Sullivan and has presented at tech and security industry conferences. He also has a background in technology auditing, network security engineering, and analysis for a major bank in Southeast Asia and a global assurance/advisory services company.
