Sam Goh has 20+ years of experience in Banking & Information Security industry. He started his first career decade in Melbourne with ANZ Banking Group HQ, and had worked in the headquarters of Barclays Pls in London and Co-op Financial Services in Manchester, and back to ANZ in Singapore, ANZ China and ANZ HongKong.

In the last decade, he worked with 4 Professional Services firms, specialising in Strategic Cyber Security & Technology Risk Consulting in the FSI industry, where he was the; 1. Principal Consultant for BT Security for AMEA, 2. Senior Managing Consultant, IBM Security Services for APAC, 3. Lead Associate for Booze Allen Hamilton in ASEAN, 4. GM for Korea in Ensign InfoSecurity covering APAC extensively.

Currently based in Bangkok, and he work out of Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) Headquarters as their first CISO for SCB DataX Co., Ltd.  A newly created entity to be the Centre of Excellence(CoE) for Data Analytics and AI for SCB and SCBx group of companies in our journey to be Most Admired Regional Financial Technology Group to unlock new value.

Sam graduated from The University of Melbourne with Bachelor of Science (Information Systems) and part of the inaugural batch of Graduate Cert in E-Crime investigation (from Public Private Partnership with Victoria Police Computer Crime Squad), and holding professional designations CISSP, CISA, CISM, CPISI, CDPSE, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, SBCI, MACS”
