Shih Hsien joined Certis Group in October 2021 and is responsible for coordinating the technology masterplanning and data governance initiatives, as well taking on the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Security Officer (CSO) roles. Prior to this, Shih Hsien was the Chief Security Officer of SP Group, responsible for managing the cyber and physical security risks and operations for the Group, after relocating back to Singapore in early 2019 from Hong Kong where he headed the information security and data privacy functions for The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Before Hong Kong, he was part of the MOH Holdings P/L management team in Singapore, responsible for establishing the security technical architecture and policies for Singapore’s National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). Shih Hsien has also previously held senior positions at Singapore Airlines and the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (now known as Infocomm Media Development Authority).
