Silvia is an accomplished Information Security & Project Management executive with extensive international exposure.  Her proven history of success is accredited by balancing organizational objectives/productive relationships and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to rapidly reduce cyber risk and adopt new technologies. She considers information security as one of the key business enablers for corporate success. Her expertise in cybersecurity includes governance, risk management and compliance, platform and cloud security. Passionate about giving back to the cybersecurity community, Silvia actively engaged in public speaking and mentorship. She is committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the field. She volunteers as the mentor in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and as the Vice President in the computing alumni association. She is also a committee member in ISACA SheLeadTech stream to promote diversity and female empowerment. Silvia is a holder of BA (Hons) in Computing Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, CGEIT, CISSP, PMP, ITIL and MCSE. She has been awarded as the outstanding alumni of Department of Computing of Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019 to recognize her outstanding performance and excellent leadership.
