Sudhir Agarwal is the Founder and CEO of Everise, where he brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience to the company. His areas of expertise include operations, migrations, client management, business development and corporate mergers. With a vision to create a USD$1 billion-dollar Customer Experience Transformation Company to disrupt the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry, Sudhir is responsible for leading and expanding the global business strategy and operations. Based in Singapore, but constantly travelling to connect with fellow leaders within Everise and peers in the BPO sector, investment community, and technology industry, Sudhir has been recognised as both an impactful orator and a thought leader. Prior to Everise, he helped to lead many successful BPO companies. He spent a decade with one of the largest BPO companies in India where he led and scaled a mere five-employee operation into India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Argentine, the US, Australia and Asia.
