Senior Director, Head of Marketing,
Tommy Foo is the Senior Director, APAC Head of Marketing for Menlo Security and manages Field and Channel Marketing for the APAC Region. Driving more than 80% in pipeline attribution across both marketings sourced and influenced. Tommy has over 20 years of experience in global marketing and Martech management. He has held a series of global & regional leadership roles with multinational companies like Johnson Controls, Grab, Linkedin, Symantec(BlueCoat)Systems, and Polycom. Before joining Menlo, he worked for Grab Holdings as the Global Supply Head and Headed up Business CRM reporting to both the CMO and CIO at different times. Across a variety of capacities, Tommy has implemented Marketing A. I (predictive marketing) run marketing operations supporting more than 60 marketers. Tommy managed over 80 million contacts, implemented 360 IMC across multiple MNC organisations, and drove the architecture for Marketing Tech-Stack for some of the largest Decacorns in South East Asia. Tommy has also managed commercial strategic partnership relationships that account for more than 150M across the region. With his extensive experience and passion for digital marketing and marketing technologies, Tommy serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor and Tutorial Lecturer at Nanyang Business School, Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. Tommy graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Advertising from Curtin Technology University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University.
